Air Flotation BarThis is situated above the print tower and allows for non-contact transfer of the printed web into the infra red dryer.

The system allows for job storage and also for pre-programming of the next task while one is being completed. Built in diagnostic tools offer comprehensive on-screen help and online service support.
Flying Reel SpliceThe Variquik 400 Series uses a flying slice reel stand for non stop production that minimises downtime on paper type and web width changeovers. Reels are floor loaded thereby eliminating the need for overhead operation. This space saving design requires minimum floor area and headroom making it an ideal machine to have within your plant.
